What we collect
When you fill out our quote form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode/area and a short description of the work you need. We also receive basic technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) when you visit this website.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and (if you go ahead) deliver the services you've asked for. We may also use your contact details to follow up on quotes or send you occasional service updates.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted service providers (e.g. our CRM and email host) strictly to operate the enquiry-and-quote process, and where legally required.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Customer records (where we've carried out work) are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its processing. Email mwmgardeningservices@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
